On inspection day, our team arrives on time and gets up on your roof. We walk every plane and check every component: shingles, flashing, vents, chimneys, pipe boots, ridge caps, valleys, drip edge, and gutters. We are looking for storm damage, wear, age-related deterioration, improper past repairs, and anything that could lead to a leak.

If we can safely access your attic, we check there too. We look for signs of active leaks, water stains, daylight coming through the deck, proper insulation, and adequate ventilation. Many roof problems show up in the attic before they show up on the ceiling. This step gives us the full picture.
